The fabulous Opening Night Party kicks off the Charleston by Design weekend. Enjoy creative cocktails and light bites at the stunning preserved-as- 1820s historic Aiken-Rhett House, replete with live music, while honoring Charleston's unparalleled historic spaces.
The Opening Night Party for Charleston by Design and the Charleston Festival is THE event to attend — and always sells out. At the historic and beautiful Aiken-Rhett House, this event is a celebration of design and preservation, with Design in Mind speakers, artists, VIP guests and more are invited to mix and mingle to celebrate The Charleston Festival in its 78th year. Tickets are required, 21+ event. $250.
Due to the historic nature of the space, the use of stairs are required, and please be prepared for uneven flooring. Because of the original, c.1820 historic wood flooring, we do not allow stiletto heels and do not serve red wine or tomato based products.…
